Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Reid Martin is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Martin Specialty Coatings, where he leads business development, customer relations, and strategic growth initiatives for the family-owned coatings and construction services firm. A fourth-generation painter, Reid grew up in the industry and has held positions throughout the company—from blasting and painting to drywall finishing—giving him a deep, hands-on understanding of the business from the ground up. After earning a degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University, he advanced through roles in estimating and project solutions across industrial coatings, waterproofing, and commercial construction. In his current role, Reid serves as a key liaison between production teams and clients, focusing on cost-effective, schedule-conscious project delivery while fostering new relationships and value-added opportunities. Passionate about community impact, he has served as President of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) North Louisiana Chapter and sits on the Board of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council. Reid also helps lead Martin Cares, a company initiative launched in 2022 dedicated to supporting and uplifting the ArkLaTex community. Family is central to his life; he and his wife Samantha enjoy time with their three children.
